On this night before we celebrate the greatest gift ever given, the birth of our Savior, God has chosen to bless our family more than anyone can ever know.

Look to the right. Fund Raising is Done!!!

We would first like to thank everyone who has participated in our fund raising efforts. We have done raffles, auctions, bbq's, coffee sales, phone recycle programs and paper mache classes. Many of you have helped in one or all of these programs and our family thanks you very much!

Most importantly, we give thanks to God our glorious Father.

When Morgan and I came back from our first trip to Haiti in 2010 we were so very excited and pump to continue what God started in our lives. Shortly after we returned, Tina told me she wanted to adopt a child from Haiti. My first reaction was to say NO! My first thought was $$$$$$$. It is going to cost a lot of money and I was not sure how we could come up with that kind of cash. After prayer, we decided to take a leap of faith. At first, I stilled worried about the money situation, but any time we needed some money for anything, God provided. He continued to provide and he proved to me that if you give Him your all, He will provide a way.

I Chronicles 29:12 You are the source of wealth and honor;you rule over all. You posses strength and might to magnify and give strength to all. 13 Now, our God, we give thanks to you and praise your majestic name!

I pray everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!

Tina and Morgan are Heading to Haiti!

Tina and Morgan are getting ready for the "BIG" Thanksgiving trip to Haiti. They are both so excited about the chance to spend the week with Betson. This will be Morgan's first chance to meet her new little brother. I am already looking forward to listening to the stories and seeing all the pictures when they get back. They leave early Saturday (11-19) morning and they will return next Saturday (11-26) afternoon.

Brooke and I will hanging out together for the week. We already have some big plans.

Please pray for safe travel for Tina and Morgan. We will be apart for the first time during a major holiday, but we will be together in spirit.

The Blessings of Giving Friends...

Our dear friend Billie Brinkley hosted a Paper Mache Workshop Fundraiser today for Betson. Billie is a retired Art Teacher and ROCKS at what she does. The workshop was held at the clubhouse of her neighborhood and everyone walked back over to her house for a lunch prepared by ME!! I had to step it up because Billie promised everyone a gourmet meal. Well I think I provided. Today we raised a total of $1,115 towards the adoption of our little man Betson Dorleon Coffey. It was a long day but a very fun day. I enjoyed seeing everyone making their 4 legged creatures. I will try and post as many pics as I can. I am NOT a pro at the blogging so bear with me.
